Why I can't connect to ftp

Why I cant connect to FTP ? I foloow Instruction from Industrial forum : Using Internet Explorer 9 64-bit and adress ftp://[email protected] and password for my eMastercam Login ********.

I am getting back window with:

 

ftp server      ftp.sjpc.org

user name:

password:

 

After you log on...........

 

 

So when I type my login and password I am getting this window back with no connection.

Please help me to log in.

That ftp address is incorrect; not sure where you got that from?

Do you know the San Jose IBM PC Club?

 

Here is the link to the ftp site folks on this forum use

ftp://mastercam:[email protected]/

 

You should just have to click on that and be good to go.

I already have been there, but I thought that under this ftp adress is indywidual kind of  loging like they said in industrial forum pinned to board under       Important Topics - Please Read Before posting .

2. In the command line, type ftp://[email protected]/public_html where "userid" is your assigned user name. The address may be stored as a bookmark to avoid retyping.  That what I am trying to do with no sukcess. :ermm:
