Canned text: enable/disable

At the beginning of my Post Processor is Cantext value: 1 = Stop = output the "MOO" stop code

 

                                                                                         2 = Opstop = output the "MO1" optional stop code.

 

All my posts come out with a "MO1" at the end of every tool.I want to be able to post getting a "MOO" where desired.

 

So my question is where do the numbers 1 or 2 apply? Do I need to edit something in my post to have that option?

 

Or do those numbers have to be entered in the canned text portion of a tools operation?

Until someone gets a look at your post, especially 5 versions back that has been updated heavily by CNC.........anything else is just a shot in the dark

I would think it would just be a change in the operation in Mastercam.  X4 might be different but looking in X8 with my post I would go into the canned text section of the toolpath that I want the M00 before and select the M00 and click the "add before" button.

I had problems similar to this when the first canned text command was after the first operation.  What I did was make canned text 100 "empty" and put the "empty" canned text into the first operation. I've had no issues since.
