Just need to make sure you have whatever process you want at the inspection call done. I will normally break up the operations in sections and do a Manual entry or a force tool change if I have very specific requirements for a customer I must follow. If A simple G0 G28 Z0 then a M00 is good enough then post your program with it activated in the operation. See what your getting and then look for that in the post and it will tell you customization is needed and hack away at it.
