No, Waterline is meant for walls... think waterfall.

 

I use HS Horizontal first... stay off the walls by about .010" more than the stock you left... that'll take care of your floors... then come back with that Waterline to finish the walls.

 

That's my favorite method.

 

Edit:

I think you are leaving too much stock... unless you are doing very big work, then .030" is prolly fine.

You can use a hybrid perhaps....

 

Kind of a combination of waterline and 3D scallop.....

 

You can play with the wall angle settings and choose when it switches of to processing floor cuts from wall cuts
