Intergrex 300 IVS just hangs up

Would any of you intergrex experts out there have any idea why the following code would hang up on line number N369? That's what line is highlighted on the program monitor screen anyway.

The REALLY weird thing about this is......the machine does the tool change to T5136 on line N363 and then just sits there. No red or blue alarms and the cycle start button is still green like the machine is running. The machinist can then RESET the machine, and do a NON-MODAL restart from line N358, and everything runs fine.

Here's the program.

Just shooting from the hip, in my experience, the problem is at N325 and N326.  You're calling M200 to put it into "mill mode" then the next line is calling M202 and putting it back in "turn mode."  So when you pop down to N371 you are trying to command a mill spindle speed while in M202.  That's a no go.  I do not know what the two m-codes at N369 and N370 do or if they allow simultaneous mill and turn mode.  I believe you are only seeing the alarm on those lines as the functions have not finished before you get the mill spindle on code.

Mazaks are funny with that kind of stuff. We have to add M19 codes in places that sometimes make no sense at all in order to turn spindles on (usually happens when using angle heads).

We have grinding mode options on our integrex machines, but have not used that option yet. As mentioned above this option allows you to run the machine simultaneously in milling and turning modes.
