HMC 4th axis programming

I would love some suggestions on this part. I am planning to run it on an HMC with a true 4th axis and an Okuma Control. Normally I would just dump a bunch of planes into the program and load it up with tool paths but I have some time to play around with this. I have multi axis toolpaths available on my hasp so pretty much the sky is the limit. The part is aluminum and about a ten inch dia. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Part like that I would use MultiAxis rough to get meat off it and then 3+1 the rest of it. No need to get fancy when it is not needed. Not going to really gain anything IMHO doing a lot of MultiAxis on a part like that. I have one now that is starting out at 47" tall 63.5" of with 43.5" id about 4tons of aluminum to start. I am doing some Full Axis to rough the OD and ID, but the rest will be pretty much 3+2 from that point.

what he meant to say is Morph between two curves . lol.:P

all i can add is some transforms for similar geometry to save plane creation... if the geometry is actually the same.
