5 AXIS TOOLPAT

Hello All ,what toolpath I can use for finish walls and round corner with same 6 inch or 8 inch 90 degr cuter on my  HMC ???Can I use same 5 axis toolpath or this is not will be work ???I can make face operation ,but I want cut radius to.

That tool will never work that way. There is not way the natural shape of that tool can cut that multi-axis if that is what I am understanding as the question. I can make a toolpath to drive that tool, but nothing a way I would go about machining that part.

Nope,but expect a cuff depending on the step over. Could be done with that face Mill, but would get better results using a smaller tool if wanting to cut all the way around top to bottom. 5 Axis Parrallel using surface as tool Axis control. Use .1 step over and see if fine enough. Might get away with .4 step over really going to come down to your finish requirements. Not really knowing that I can say for sure.

Thanks ,I will use contour toolpath for finish these walls .But I have also  blue  step for cuts .Can I use smaller enmill for cutting same how this ???This part was to high for cuts contour on my VMC
