ANALYZE ANGLE

Hello All,

Can I ask you guys haw I can quick find out ,haw much I have to rotate my part to get my face parallel to x axis .In x9 when I use analyze dynamic show me angle on face ,on 2018 show me flat .this is my sample

If all you need is machine this part then is probably simpler to just create a new plane. Otherwise if what you really need is to move it the I would use "Transform Dynamic" that is probably simpler and quicker.

Will changing construction plane tell you?

Yes ,that what I do in my least company ,but now I working for tool and die shop and after my machining they set up part for wire .That s  why  I want set up this with out dynamic rotation

create a horizontal line in x then analyze angle between the two?

ok,thanks .I thought there is same function like dynamic and can show you angle on face .

The Analyze Dynamic function is always relative to your current Construction Plane. If your Plane isn't different from your Part, then it will always show "0.0" for the angle. If you change your C Plane to the proper plane, and then use Analyze Dynamic again, it will show you the "Angle from vertical".
