MC 2019 no cutter comp in threadmill?

I'm doing a threadmill tool path in Mastercam 2019 and when I post out the tool path there is no G41 I've tried different parameters, I've tried different post processors and still getting no cutter comp, I replicated the same tool path in Mastercam 2018 & 2017 and it post out with cutter comp no problem, I'm assuming this is a issue with 2019! any help would be appreciated.

I got it, there was a issue with my entry/exit line length sorry for the trouble guess its going to be one of those days

The arc clearance defaults to .1. too much for small holes with close sized cutting dias
