How do you guys handle multiple seats of camplete

Do you have the NC formats on a server or does each machine have a copy of the format?

generally 1 Format per control, multiple machine models.

actually I have a second format for axis locking, so I can mix and match within a session

-i only use for one Machine make.

We use one format for 7 machines.

I had it in the server so if we changed it I wouldn't have to sync all the computers. But this has a catastrophic flaw and we switched back to a copy on each computer.

 

If two computers tried to access the format it would make blank copies of some of the post blocks. We had to restore a backup to fix it.
