Usually when I need certain points checked, I'll either note it on the print or create drafting notes and sent it with the rou sheet.

It's the .SET file that is responsible for the size of the image. The screen capture grabs the graphics area. I'm assuming you have MC maximized and you have a traditional aspect ratio screen. If you don't, mess with these numbers in the .SET file to get something with the right aspect ratio:

change the 342 and 240 to better width x length sizes for a small window into a big screen dump image.
