Update Feeds and Speeds?

I've noticed that if I create an operation and call out a particular tool, that if I go back and change the tool callout to a different tool, that the Tool name, Tool #, Len. offset, and Head # all update, but the Feed rate, FPT, Spindle Speed and SFM don't update to the new tool. I have to go in and manually update these parameters. Anyone else notice this or do I have a setting somewhere that locks these tool parameters?

Go in to your settings / configuration / toolpath and look for "Lock Feedrates". Uncheck that and see if it solves your problem.
