Hey All, I'm new to this so please bare with me. We just purchased a VMC 600, 1000 & a Talent 8/52. The controls are Fanuc Oi MB, & an Oi TC. Any suggestions for the best starting Post would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Hey ToolGuy, We use something called PC-DNC Plus. All of our equipment is wireless. We have multiple Thin Clients throughout the shop.

Have you tried setting the tool parameters up differently? Select the bottom side orientation.

Hey There, "ph HORN ph" out of Germany makes the carbide bar BU111.0500.03 That we are using to do a 3/4-6 ACME in 6061. It takes a ton of passes and low SFM, but it comes out Great.
