  1. In fact, the GUI is setup so that it requires 2 presses of the cycle start button. The reason being is in case you do not at first place the tool over the button and 10MM above. Initiate the cycle, press cycle start. You can't see it but there is an M00 active. Without pressing reset, go to HANDLE mode, move your tool in position, go back to MEM mode and press CYCLE START again. The process will proceed.
  2. Something definitely looks wrong with your G68.2 lines. It looks as if they have the post setup for a C Axis machine, rotating around Z. The order of rotations for Eulers Angles should be Z, X, Z again. The J's look good but the I's don't
  3. James, I haven't a clue why. The factory doesn't respond to questions of such magnitude. But it isn't just us. The Renishaw manual clearly states the need and use of these 2 parameters leading me to believe that having them on all the time is not universal.
  4. I agree with James. Been using Camplete now for a while and have had no issues. I let the install add Fusion but have never even opened it up. Camplete is well worth the investment.
  5. Good Morning, I work for DN Solutions and have been away from here for a while. The embedded macros in the GUI, what you are calling with M165, don't support probing in TWP. The GUI macros only support the most common uses of probing. You will need Inspection Plus. The attached doc is from one of our dealers and explains how to generate macros for probing in TWP and required edits to the probing start and end macros. This has been tested on a DVF5000 but not on a VCF. Shouldn't be hard but the main thing is related to 2 parameters that MUST be on only during probing in TWP. DN Solutions 5-axis Inspection Plus.pdf
  6. Yes, this is possible. At least I did it on a TNC640 and was told by HH that there was no difference as far as this goes. They are stored in the control as man readable(text) files. Rename the one you want to replace to something sensible, easy to remember and relative to that tool lists part, preferably outside of the control. Then name your new one TOOL.T and copy it back to the control. I used TNCRemote to move files back and forth. Paul
  7. This still exists. Fanuc calls it Adaptive Feed Control. It is installed on all DN Solutions machines.
