  2. Anyone can help me please,the reason is when I try to copy the "tool,op" from the Operation Import all the tool number had changed, it like in OPeration Import tool is #2 after I copy it to the Operation Manager tool changed to #1,any sugestion thanks
  3. Hello all, Can anyone help me to slow down the feed rate? Last friday I have the trouble with the corner radius, when i do the pocket the feed rate I set at 90 IPM, when the tool get into the corner feed rate is too high so it make my radius biger.Is there anyway to reduce the feed rate at the corner?   8. Hi Sem001, I have the same problem with the Okuma post too, This is the problem I have: G90G80G40G0 G15H00 G0G90X-1.9743Y.9112A0. S3000M3 G56H1Z2. G71 initht 2. G83X-1.9743Y.9112Z-2.R.2Q.1F15. how can I modify in the post to change the "initht" to "Z" and "G15H00" to "G15H1?" Any suggestion or advise you can give me will be helpful. Dnguyen

Hi Jame, I want to thin the flange on the L chanel that is 2.00 inches high , I want to cut .200 thousand on the inside of the chanel and then go to the out side and cut .300 thousand until I get to the bottom of chanel.( aluminum chanel) Thank you for your reply dnguyen P.S. This help take some of the vagues out of my question.

Hi all The flange thicknest is .060 and 2.00 inches high to stop the flexing and I want to cut the .200 thousand for step down inside then jump to the outside cut .300 thousand to continue stepping down until reach to the bottom of flange. You can Create curve,all edge on the small fillet then you go to the Xform, Offsetcontour,and in offsetcontour parameter, you set it with 3D and distant key in .020" (for .250ballnose endmill)and Copy for 6 contours, click Done after done that you go back on the Construction Plane set 3D Create, Line, End point,connect six contours into one, go to Tool path, Contour,and the contour set for 3D,Compensation in computer and control set "Off"
