I love the Chook,is there any chance o fhaving it zoom like Autocad? By that I mean whereever the cursor is,it zooms that area toward the center of the screen.

I agree,I also buy the Made in USA tooling as much as I can. But when our shop needs a new cnc lathe,we pretty much only look at Mori Seiki. Kinda pricy,but I haven't seen another that can compete. Okuma makes a decent one,with great controls,I think they are built in North Carolina,at least some of them may be.

I know that Torit makes some of the best filtration systems BUT you will pay a pretty penny for them also.

does anyone else have a problem printing out posts using cimco edit? when i try to print, the first page has just the header and no text at all then prints out the remaining pages fine. i've changed all my printing options in the printer and editer options and cant get the stupid thing to work.

it's tough to beat my new sandvik 1.5 dia facemill that i can bury down in 1045 mat'l .350-.400 and run at 3000 rpm and feed at 150ipm. aint nuttin like a little hoggin to brighten the day a little bit.

analyze area/volume then surface area. that should do the trick.

i have an okuma osp700 control. does anyone have a post for that control? i have one but i was playing around nd screwed it up a little bit. also, if anyone can give me some pointers on how to make simple changes in the post i would appreciate it. i just don't know the "language". thx.

i dont know if it's an acronym,but i think swarf is the chips or grinding sludge you get from machining.

i'm having provlems changing the levels of any entity and even setting a main level. as soon as i open up the level manager a message pops up and says "member not found" then when i try to make any type of change, and close the manger it says that it has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. the details are: MILL8 caused an invalid page fault in module MFC42.DLL at 0197:5f404043.

if you were able to glue the little pieces back together,i'm sure there were pretty spiral marks all over. but the fiberglass pretty much exploded. hehe it was funny because i wasn't the schmuck who pressed the button.
