I am not able to use window select geometry with my new dell computer in either X8 or X9, is there a graphical setting that I need to adjust in MC or in the computer.

Ropteach, It is very frustrating when the dealers do not respond to questions we ask. I found it is a good idea to go to Mastercams web-site and just poke around, visit the support page periodically this is where I found the sim swap software Haspinfo.exe. John, Go to screen, config, screen turn off enable open GL. If that doesn't work turn your Hardware acceleration down. Steve

Hi Ruger2, Typically if you change the path in config. this will change the path on all new parts you create after that change. The parts that were made before this change, the NCI file will go to the NCI folder. Also if you are looking to create the NCI file and nothing is there in the path or folder you created make sure to check the save NCI box when you post the program in the post processing box. Millingman, uncheck use passive FTP under internet options, advanced, browsing. this worked for me!!

Matt, Try it, if you have the time. It is very rewarding. Real world parts and examples you have produced can be great reference for your students.
