Nice use of peel mill, I've used the same type of path 1.0" deep in 4340, .05 stepover, 100 ipm @ 4200 rpm on a minimill. .50 dia 5 flute. All the Dynamic paths are awesome to work with!

Did you run the prog in the machine graphics 1st? I realize it's a long prog, but you may have a value that gets just close enough (over)the y limit to alarm it out. Or, a diff work offset in the prog? Edit, how old is the machine?
