Work your way up the history tree by supressing the operation and trying to regenerate until you find the bad operation it is having trouble with.
or move the stop sign up and try regenerating.

I have seen this happen with surface rough pocket before, but you could always see it in backplot or verify. I haven't done a search yet but I think it has been talked about before. Also what version of Mastercam are you using? Do you have all the updates?

to Mastercam and the Beta Testers.
Whatever it takes it takes, find all those little bugs you can. I'm sure you are giving them a lot of good ideas also, to make the software better for us.

One thing I have done is after you have moved all visible enities, unblank and change everything to a color not used, then move them to the target level. Then blank that color.

under cut depths click on select depths then pick the four depths you need.

I just grab the lower right corner with the mouse and stretch.

If i understand your question right. After you click on post you get a new dialog box just click on "edit" in the nc box area. I think this is what you want.
