I like it just the way it is. I'm interested in all aspects of Mastercam and do'nt want to have to go to different forums. I feel its very easy to scan down the topics and see what I want to read. ------------------ Val

I can't help with classes but a good training book can be found at www.emastercam.com/resources/lathebook8.html Its from In-House Solutions and is a very good book for teaching youself step by step. It cost $25 and is well worth it. Hope you can find some good help in your area. I now your problem my local dealer is not much help past the bare bones basics. I use to run a Hurco with Mastercam for a couple of years. Mastercam does have a post for Hurco. I never had any trouble with the two working together. In fact I found it easier to program even simple parts with Mastercam. ------------------ Val

Hi! I'm from Evergreen, Colorado. I've been in this trade for 35 years and have used Mastercam for the last 12 years. I started with ver 3 and have worked my way up to ver 8. It's a great program and this forum looks like it will be very helpfull. I hope to pick up some good tips and pass a few along. ------------------ Val
