  6. Hello all We have just received Mastercam wire for the Robofil310 and I’m have some problems posting .iso code with the mpwrobo post. It would seem that it should post a CMD file and multiple ISO files?? I can see the CMD calling for multiple ISO file but I cant see them/find them. I have tried posting with and without subs but that seams to make no difference. There must be something I’m missing. Thanks Clay Charmilles Robofil 310 Mastercam 9.1 MPWROBO.PST

  9. This happened on a Cincinnati Arrow just after they move to Simens for a control. Nc program running /feed hold/spindle stop/check this and that everything looks good/ Spindle start/cycle start/*****smash***** . The machine would over ride the max rapid values and light up the next move to warp until the move after where the control would over lode and go dead. Fun !! Cincinnati could reproduce the bug and they may have fixed this by now. I also love Winbows controls. Nothing says impending crash like the blue screen of death with a moving CNC. Has happened a few times too many for me. Clay.

  14. The reason for slowing the feed and speed is to maintain a consistent width of a slot that is at 45 deg. I'm working with graphite, so S15000 f150 is the "norm" for this tool 3/32 sp3 diamond coated carbide. I would like to change the size in one spot just to keep it simple. an other reason for this is tool wear fast so I'm constantly changing tool size. Thanks Clay
  15. Hi I was trying to find away to regen a tool path with out changing the spindle speed or the feed to that of the tools, I want to retain the operation speed and feed. I'm using one tool for a bunch of finishing operations and need to slow the feed and speed for one operation. I would like to change the tools size and not have to go back and change the speed and feed again. any ideas?? Thanks. [ 03-21-2003, 01:40 PM: Message edited by: Claytonic ]
