Has anyone had any issues with MasterCAM 2017 crashing throughout programming a part? When I first installed the new version, MasterCAM crashed on me about 10-11 times on a simple part. I updated my video card driver hoping that was the problem. I then have tried to continue using the new version, but MasterCAM continues to crash. I have noticed that the software crashes the most when you create a tool. Please let me know if you have had any similar issues, and if you happen to have a resolution. Thanks for the help!

Can someone remind me how to get a post to give the feed rates for rotary milling? I am cutting a part with a multi axis tool path, but the feed rates are posting out for inches per minute. If I change the machine to one of our other machines with a rotary table and post the file, the degrees per minute are posted. I think this is a simple fix, I just cannot remember where it is at. Thanks for the help.

It is a GF Agie Charmilles machine. The machine we are looking at is the UM500. It supposedly just came out at IMTS so there is not a lot I can find about them.

Hey guys, We are looking at getting a new Mikron 3+2 milling machine. I do not know much about them and was wondering if any of you currently have one or have used one in the past. If you have, what are your opinions about them? Thanks for the feedback.

Has anyone had any problems with contours cutting arcs out of round if you don't lead in at a 90 degree tangent point?

Does anybody know what to do when you get an error saying "Error-Select machine achieveable toolplane with X-axis along machine X - set and repost" ? I have a rotary table set up on a Haas VF3 and when I post this is what comes up.
