If you have the down time Model something crazy up . Like some 3d text of your company name to hang on the wall . Add some tricked out 5 axis work to it to show the customer what you guys are made of.
Start with a solid base plate with locating pins that you can drop multiple fixtures onto . For small lots have two vises mounted to a plate that you can just drop onto the locating pins on your base plate.
I was able to update my post from X4 (version 13) to X6 (version 15) . It was a round about way of getting there but, she works with no error screens coming up .
thats why I have a problem this is the post i'm using
24 - 22 Feb 2012 12:29:32 PM - Post processor file name: C:\USERS\PUBLIC\DOCUMENTS\SHARED MCAMX6\MILL\POSTS\MAKINO V77_2009.PST
After i update I open up that post and it still says v14
It does say v14 . Can I manualy change that line ?[post_VERSION] #DO NOT MOVE OR ALTER THIS LINE# V14.00 E1 P0
It does say not to move or alter...

So I Updated to X6 and everything seems to be working. Exept when I try to post process I get this error message . Post is from an earlier version ect... But I have updated that post using the update folder utility, updatepost.dll chook .. And this error keeps coming back .
Should I reinstall X6 or is there something I'm missing ?
