where are all the downloads for installing mastercam only the last 2 updates no main x7 install.... also where are all the previous installs? x6, x5 and so on with all the updates?
some serious issues with verify...
first I used the 5axis simulator button... super super slow!....
second time I used the 3x button and verify cuts half the part off when I worked on the backside of the part....
ya that's where I originally got confused... the first post (mpmaster x6) I brought over was from x6 and it worked beautifully... not a single mistake. thought maybe that was the issue so I downloaded mpmaster x7 and its doing this with the feedrates at the start on both... odd... thanks for your help though
I think there is an issue in how mpmaster x7 is looking at starting a toolpath at the beginning of a program using advanced toolpaths. it should rapid to the work plane not feed down to part or use a wild feed value

using mpmaster x7 version or mpmaster x6 version in x7 sp1 when you post a program using an advanced toolpath (anything other than simple 2d toolpath ie contour or pocket) it feedrates z axis all the way to the retract point. it only does this on the first toolpath at the beginning of the program. any help would be great

copper is abrasive to tooling is the saw burning up? what is the alloy or is it pure? what is the chip load and surface feet per min? give your tooling rep a call should be able to help you with feeds and speeds. how tight are you getting the bolt on the arbor? is the saw spinning? i would tighten that bolt really tight and use a torque wrench so its the same every time. we have 3 arbors use them all the time and they are many years old and run true.
its not very hard to edit posts. always save a copy in a safe place, make change, save, check posted code is what you want, and repeat. just start the debug mode and step through your code that way. pick a small program to begin with. (a single line with contour) you can assign the special gcode "g332 whatever r value" in with the aicc(g5.1 q1) and everything will post when you turn that button on or not if off. post edit ref guide is installed with mastercam. do a search for "post" its a pdf of debug guide that should point you in right direction. also be careful activating and deactivating g5.1q1 mid program thats what our tech support says and fanuc says, fyi its not recommended could mess things up ie.. rotations, pallet moves, work shifts, etc...
Just comment out the line that is generating the g49 and that should do it. g49 is a tool height offset cancel. your tool change macro should have the g49 in it. g5.1 q1 is needed before the g43 but cannot be deactivated midprogram with out using a g49 and then using a g43 again to set height. be careful not to turn aicc on and off mid program.(on is more of the issue (g5.1q1). you can turn off anytime (g5.1q0))
