I have a question regarding writing logic in the post processor.
I wanted to check for two variables in a single "if" statement. How is this done? I could not find this in my post processor manual. (The manual I have is from ver 5.5)
Here is an example of what I mean (obviously the syntax is incorrect);
if var1 = 1 and var2 = 2, n, "Mcode"
While I'm asking, how would one write an "or" statement?
if var1 = 1 or var2 = 2, n, "Mcode"
Ver 7.2c
Mill level 3
Thanks in advance,
Mark
Hey all,
I've been reading the posts for a while, and now I'm finally registered. I work at Lawrence Mold & Tool in central NJ (USA) as a CNC programmer. I've been a Mastercam user since ver 5.5, mill level 3. Currently I'm using ver 7.2c, and hope to soon be upgrading to ver 8. I'm very pleased that there is a forum out there for Mastercam users!
