Where do I search for the WCS tutorial at?

I need help. I dont have alot of experience using 4th axis in Mastercam X. I am trying to use Rotary Axis Positioning to rotate my work piece (5" diameter by 4" long stock) to multiple positions to create multiple flats on the part where inserts will be mounted. I have the points where the flats need to be located ploted on the outside of the piece. When I try to create the the toolpaths, I rotate the part so that the point if on the top and then create the toolpath. I am not sure if this is right way to do this.
