  1. You can also control the Tap retract sped with a "J" command in the G84 line, the J command is how many times fsater than the programmed feed rate the tap retracts. G98 g84 R.1 Z-1. F20. J4 Would have the tap retract at 4 times the feed rate so 80 in this example.
  2. Well, you definitly need an m03 with your spindle speed. I don't know what L.1 in your drill line is supposed to be. An L0, with no decimal , won't run the drill cycle at the location you call up the drilling cycle, but you only have one hole in your program. Change M29 to M03, change your spindle speed to 130, get rid of the l.1, and change the feed rate to F13. And have your H # match your T#. That should get you going. The Haas manuals are available for download for free on haascnc.com, you might want to get them and read them. They have examples of how the code should look.
  3. You could use swept 2d, program the angle as you are using the bottom of a tool, and then transform mirror the toolpath. I've done it before with a button cutter and it worked.
  4. In the transform toolpath menu have you tried grouping the NCI output by operation type? One transfrom operation with group by operation type will have each tool machine all the parts in the tranformation before calling up the next tool.
  5. What I did was change the post so it never posts the G28 line, and then when I have all my toolpaths, go to edit common parameters and set a X and Z reference plane.
