Hello! I have a question:Is there a way to change the "first" working coordinate system all toolpath in one click ?
For example, create 10 toolpath
Working coordinate system Tool plane Construction plane
A0 A0 A0
A10 A10 A10
A20 A20 A20
A30 A30 A30
A40 A40 A40
A50 A50 A50
A60 A60 A60
A70 A70 A70
A80 A80 A80
A90 A90 A90
Need install al Working coordinate system - A0
Working coordinate system Tool plane Construction plane
A0 A0 A0
A0 A10 A10
A0 A20 A20
A0 A30 A30
A0 A40 A40
A0 A50 A50
A0 A60 A60
A0 A70 A70
A0 A80 A80
A0 A90 A90
I try do it with - Edit common parameters dialog box - planes - but all three "Working coordinate system ,Tool plane ,Construction plane" are set in A0.
But if I have a hundred operations? I need to go into each and set each A0?
Hello! How to add limits for rotary and linear axis - for multiaxis tool path in Mastercam.
That it would make the Mastercam and not the postprocessorand and see it in the machine simulation
limits.zip
Please show an example of how to set the limits of the axis
I saw this example on one of the forums, other software - the question is how to do it in Mastercam?
This toolpath created as a 2D operation and called on the curve by ≈ 1 degree.
Any ideas?
link on video in vericut
Screw.zip
Hello! How to output all in one project Vericut? -all groups, all toolpath, stock models, G-code tables, model csys, stock csys
Maybe someone has an example or tutorial videos?
You have the size in the center 2.594
5th Axis CONSULTING said rightly !
If you want to see the correct body create a middle line and surface R7.25 after R6.3 create 3D contour -ball mill 3.32 with off control and project (finish project) this path on this surface R6.3, then create a stock model and you will see the result
All dimensions are present in the photo
Problem, if you to use Swept face is directed the red line
The surface should to turn in the middle like the blue line
Flow lines should be stationed as a middle line R7,25 , on that channel will move the ball. I tried to do it in solidworks & mastercam but could not
