  1. I believe the last version to do that is V7, and it was called reverse post as Neil said.
  2. I program the same way, using the center of rotation of the B axis to keep it perpendicular. Bores at different angles is all done with Mazatrol by defining a new planes.
  3. I do it often to cut luer threads on mold inserts. I do it on an Integrex and using Mazatrol.
  4. You can just rotate the geometry, regenerate and repost.
  5. Dan I'd like to see the example too. Could you mail it to me? Thanks
  6. I think its either T32 mode or standard mode. Its parameter p16 on my controller.
  7. We had the same problem with all of our Athlon computers, we had to add larger cooling fans on the cpu and cases.
  8. We would hole pop and wire it.
  9. We will not machine or grind it in our shop. Instead we use Moldstar 90, or Moldstar 150, it is Beryllium-Free. Performance alloys has excellent information on the materials. http://www.performancealloys.net/
  10. You can get on flat plane geometry to cut in the lathe Choose Main Menu, Xform, Squash
  11. I just did engraving on our Integrex 200 sy. I did like Jack stated and transformed roll the etching to the part. There are parameters that need to be changed to be sure you are using the "T-32" compatable mode or "standard" mode. The parameter is P13 bit 3.
  12. We build alot of fixtures for or wire also. We use 420ss its much easier to grind than 440ss. I think that is what all 3R is made from also.
