let me re-think how i said this; when i pick (phantom) points (center of arcs) to drill too - I pick 8, program my drilling and go to drill and i see i have only 7 or 6 spots to drill to. ussualy its the first point i picked thats missing. any one have this problem or know why?

Hello forum, We are still having problems selecting points (arc centers) to drill too! Happens repeatably, I select 4 arc center points, choose my drill and sure enough it only has 3 points in the toolpath. FRUSTRATION, Why? Anyone else having an issue like this? Any idea's - I have been programming with Mastercam a long time. Thanks

I would like to edit a custom tool library i set up years ago. Things like - delete extra tools - make sure the tool number corresponds to the tool length offset - rearrange tools, etc Can anyone help by telling me an easy way to edit the tool library? thanks in advance, frustrated in Colorado

When I pick my points to drill to and go back and verify many times there not all there. Usually its the first one. Anyone else having issues like this? Know a remedy? Thanks

Can anyone give me some insite to entities that appear to be un deleteable? example = level one has surfaces, i delete them, nothing is on the screen but the level manages shows 114 entities....whats up with that? Tanks PK

all i can tell you boys is it sure does scream. T3600 Desktop 6 core XEON 3.2GHz Windows 7 Pro 64 bit 8 GB ram did the Roger Peterson Raster test in 5.42 minutes I'm very pleased .... so far!

Thanks guys....the only one i understand is the nail or staple idea! a large spike and sledge hammer is what i need. When i post (and its not a large file) it bogs down and doesn't want to flow or "send" and takes forever. almost like it times out, sometimes all the program makes it there sometimes it doesn't. I will try posting it locally and transfering it. thanks again, pulling out the large spike now (from my head). Paul -

The active solid selection button worked just great....I am even going to pass it on to my reseller.

I'm going to go with the lost in space one! Mastercam locks up for no apparent reason, then shuts down and the file I was working on is lost off of our server... Lost in Space, Paul

has anyone had trouble with there pc shutting down and loosing files (version 9)?

Hi guys, it's been a while! How many of you are having Mastercam V9 system crashes that shut down Mastercam and you loose your file completely? Has anyone found a solution? It is happening to me and my crew at least 6-10 times a day on 3 different computers with different video cards. These computers have been stripped and reloaded and still the problem persist's. HELP! and Thanks in advance.

What can i say, I just can't get the icon senerio. Bring back version 9 or at least support it.
