I wanted to see if anyone knows how to copy paste entities from one instance of Mastercam to another, and see if there is a trick to get the copyee to paste into other instance keeping its active WCS example: copy from right view in one instance to top view in other instance. have not been able to force the active WCS into the other instance either..... even if active WCS is associative.... I know......i know that this is not supposed to be supportewd by Mastecam but you can at least copy then paste ......just trying to see if this extra step can happen by trickery or sorcery etc. ANYONE????anyone????

didn work for me in X7......says 5 axis...contact reseller...asking for an access code..... How is everyone else getting this to work????

So I ran this benchmark file on my Mastercam X7 with a 64 bit computer with 16 gig of ram and nothing else special.....512 mb on graphics card and hard drive that is 85 percent full and the benchmark was done in 38 seconds.....I almost can't believe that number ..... It would seem like I have a great system.....but if I do anything bigger it can get knocked down on its knees.....so to me it seems that if you have the utmost cleanest file it helps and this is just a baby part compared to what we cut.......68 x 80 carpet and floor mat tools and facias.....the system act s like it can't keep up when doing high speed rest roughing with a 3mm diameter ball end mill.......
