I have    password protected   the  parameters  (3202.4   or  NE9) by  previous users    . You are absolutely   right . And  machine old .

       Would like to ask if some one has the problem similar  with us  . We got some older Okada  graphite machine . We would like to modify  09001 program for tool change , to do this we suppose to  change  parameter NE9 , but    control  not allow us to do it .  Any idea how to solve the problem ?

  For some reason   my machine stopped on the middle of  tool change  cycle   (sec  step 12)    and i  cannot to return back  to start  of the cycle  in manual mode .

     Please give any advise if you have  an experience with this problem .   OSP P200.

Is it possible  to  finish the cycle by  pulse  handle ?

    Take off the "|".

We got  the alarm "1704 alarm a stroke  end over " . Problem is non of the axis  not on  limit switch  physically as i can see.

  How i can  check in the machine control diagnostic ( e100  control ) which  limit switch is activated ?

Hello

Used  just conventional loop  mode  for chaining  solid .

And also did it on mc 2019  and got same  results. Also I changed diam.  of end mill

Looks like we have some issue  with solid chaining

If you look at  attached pictures  on   top - chained as solid  and on   bottom  picture  chained  as wire frame .

  You can  see  the deafferents .

 This is Mastercam  2020 pb4 . Looks like a bug  .
