I have what seems to be a very simple contour that needs cut using a 4th axis. Ive tried using the swarf toopath and can get about 75% to work properly but that last 25% is driving me nuts. Anyone willing or have time to help me.
Im in need of some help. I have a part that actually looks fairly simple but I cant seem to figure out how to put toolpath to it correctly. It is 4th axis profile work. If anyone thinks they might be able to help I can send you the file. I do have a full 4th axis rotary head.
Thankyou Roger Crazy and Chris. I added what Roger said and put the `sgcode back in, and all works great now.

What is 'extra'? The G01 on the empty lines or more than that? The orphan G01 shouldn't hurt anything, although it looks goofy; try turning fastmode off and see which postblock is outputting the 'extra' G01" It actually doesnt hurt anything I just done like messy code, and that looks messy to me
that did do what i wanted but it also added some unnecessary gcode.

I'm trying to make my post think that gcodes are nonmodal so that itll output G0-G1-G2-G3's on each line. Does anyone know if thats possible.
Code now
G1 X...Y...
X...Y...
G2 X...Y...
X...Y...
Code wanted

Thanks Paul.

think its all good now.
