>. . . and the location of the "toolbar area context menu" would be??? The menu that comes up when you right click in the toolbar area grey space. There are toggles for all the toolbars in that list (except the MRU bar). The MRU toggle was added for MR1, which is not available yet.

CTRL select in ops manager...

There was some quarky behaviour in the op manager when the ctrl key was down. Sometime the mouse clicks were being lost. Usually you can get it to select after a few clicks. This has been corrected for MR1. -
How are you starting up Mastercam? Is the working directory set to the mastercam root install directory (mcamx)?

General Selection in X has only a "quick chain" selection method. You can lock in the chain mode on the GS bar or use the shift key. Partial chaining is done with a second pick on the same chain, as mentioned above. Full Chaining wasn't added to General Selection as there are many parts of Chaining that don't mean anything in a General Selection.

A MRU toolbar on/off toggle has been added toolbar area context menu for MR1. This should make this problem a little easier.
