It could be something in the Control Definition too.

Saving and reopening doesn't seem to work in this case. It is still painfully slow.

I saw one yesterday that was way out of whack.

I tried the workaround and still got one page of jibberish and as many blank pages as it can go thru before I cancel it. My Screen / Statistics shows 1 point, 39 lines, 3 arcs, 1 solid (unshaded), 4 dimensions.

I agree with you Thad, but I haven't found a way to do this either. If you pick a chain where you want it to start, the whole thing becomes highlighted - then if you pick it where you want it to end, it will give you a partial chain. HTH.

Can anyone talk about this?

Thats it. I guess I could have walked down the hall and asked instead of posting.

In V9 if I changed the work offset number of a WCS in the View Manager it would cause any operations using that WCS to go dirty. After regen they would have the new work offset. I just did this in X and it didn't make them go dirty. I regened them anyway and posted, but the original offset stayed. Is there a setting somewhere to make ops using that WCS update to the new offset?

This has happened to me too, but I noticed it way before posting.

My most consistent crash is when doing a contour toolpath - after chaining geometry the contour dialog box opens, I right click in the white field, click Create New Tool, select tool type, CRASH!!

It crashes frequently on me when I am creating a new tool. I've gotten into the habit of saving right before I do it.

In V9 I could set my z depth by picking an endpoint on a solid, even though there were no real entities on the screen. I can't seem to do this in X. Any suggestions?

Stork's drinking at work again. No fillet is a line.

Tangent stays locked, but the angle won't.
-
Can anyone make it stay locked?
-
This is a command that I use very often. In 9 the angle and length prompts always defaulted to the last value that I input. In X they can be locked by clicking the length and angle buttons and making the boxes turn red. This works fine in Top C-Plane, but in any other C-Plane, regardless of whether in 2D or 3D I can't make the angle stay locked the same. It works fine on the first line, then the value jumps to something else. What am I doing wrong?

In V9 with the mmouse chook active I could change colors by scrolling the mouse wheel while it was over the color on the attributes side of the screen. I liked that feature. I can't get mmouse to run in X. Is there something I can do to make it work?

We have used carbide centerdrills for this.

Does anyone know how to make this display how it did in V9 - realative to the WCS the toolpath was created in?

How do you go about submitting a bug?

I tried and it locked me up too.

I forgot to thank you for your insight into my problem.

It will project flat, but then it is a spline - not the right arc.

Don't take it as bitching. This function worked fine in 9, so I assume there is a way in X. I just can't find it.
Toolpath insert arrow making me crazy!

Also, it isn't in the same place it was when you saved the file. I have gotten in the habit of saving before every toolpath (due to intermittent unpredictable crashes) and when I reopen the file the arrow is in a different spot.
