  3. can you help me out here. Mori machines. I want to get rid of multi Dxx in the programs. I only want the first G41/G42 Dxx to show and all subsiquent G41/G42 without the Dxx in the same tool call.

  5. sounds as your using thr defualt back and bottom as planes. They reverse as defualt. create a rectancle at each view and set X,Y using named views.

  8. thanks guys, I beleive this is more for in shop verification of what was just cut. It does have the renishaw probe, and may only get used for hole positions at the least. I'll look deeper into thigs monday and see what the machine came with. I'm only on board right now as a Mcam trainer for there crew of grammers but also attempting to sell myself to them at the same time
  9. Jay, Whats it take to get there? custom post? and any hardware? can I get the data out of the machine?
  10. I searched and seems most threads are from 08 any insight on using it as basic inspection on parts after machining. What does it take to do it? Can I check 3d surface machined parts? This will be an important option as we are running large aircraft repair tooling The machine is equiped with glass scales
  11. be honest here, please I'm in the process of upgrading a company that has no time to fiddle with bugs. I've been using X3 with no problens at all tell me what 4 has to offer that 3 hasn't naided down to make it worth the upgrade??????????
  12. keep X3 or go for the bugs with X4 the money matters
  13. engraving to be specific anyone attemp it? if so what type of cutter?
