  1. So I was in the shop late last night programming this 4th axis part, and well this morning when I ran a simulation, all my tools became TINY. The holders are the same, but all my tools are very small causing errors, even though it's programmed with a 3/16 cutter. The regular backplot works fine. Why does Mastercam have to do this? Mastercam 2019.
  2. Thanks for the quick reply, I can't do that at the moment because I don't have an admin account on this pc at my company. I'll let you know tomorrow or Monday. Found an old version of my file, made due with it.
  3. So I have this 2019 mastercam file that will no longer open. I have tried on two different computers, mastercam just crashes right away. The file size is 150mbs, and doesn't seems too large for the computer. The debugg log is outputting "Matrix33::IsValid() - Invalid matrix - MatrixError::LeftHand". I need this file to open, my machine is down waiting for this to be resolved.
