  1. I will not be running the machine and my operators are somewhat challanged so I have to make this as simple as possible I need to use cutter comp as it is 316L s/s and they want a 3B thread
  2. I need to do multiple passes when thread milling cannot seem to get a roughing and finish passes using the same tool offsets
  3. plunge is the most effeicent way to remove material if you have the horsepower and the least wear on the machine if you have the horse power.
  4. Try doing a search in modern machine shop they had a articale on how to mix up your own batch

  7. The solition is called Tap out should be avaible from a tool supply it works great in alum.
  8. insert a new line with the m3 command and the machine should take it bofore moving to the next line What kind of machine?
  9. I just started working here, and programming and have a new p.c, e-mail,internet, a.c.,fridge and a nice little office
