Using a G99 instead of G98?

I am trying to drill deep hole and need the second and third drills to rapid down to the last one while retracting all the way out of the hole to clear out the chips. This is running on a Haas Mini-mill. Thanks

I am looking for a thread mill for cutting Buttress threads. I have not had any luck finding them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How about a roll tap they work very well on blind holes

You donot have to create a toolI use a e.m. Just put in the diameter of your thread mill in it doesn't matter if it has 1 or many flutes start on bottom of your geometry witch will be your major diameter

Try Emuge Very good cutters with long life and do a great job.I thread mill most of my holes.The thing with Emuge is their price but you get what you pay for

I am new to this forum and have learned a lot from you guys, although I am lurking in the backround just by reading this forum you can learn a increable amount. I also believe there is no good post for everyone,making one for your programming needs is one you have to do for yourself,and hopefully from some help from you guys I will continue to tweak mine to suit my needs.I do know that my dealer has been outstanding in his support,Charles Davis, San Diego CadCam.

Check MS 33537 that should give you all the info you need I have charts but no way to scan them.If you let me know what sizes you need I can help with that untill you get a chart

Do you just create new geometry in the increments you want to do that?I am surprised some of my operators can find their way back in the morning I know I have to retrain them almost every day
