    To renumber your tools in an existing program go to operations manager select all operations, right click in on the selected operations, edit selected operations, renumber tools. It works every time for me.

    On our Haas we set all tools off the table, then measure the distance from the top of the part to the table, it will be a negative number but you have to make it a positive number. Z "0" is the table top any negative number is below the table top. HTH

    We use eXtremednc wireless on all of the machines here and it is awesome. I will never go back to hard wired.

    For Metric sizes only. Diameter of thread minus the pitch equals the tap drill size. eg. M6 x 1 6 - 1 = 5mm and you thought metric was difficult ;-)

    I started using X a year ago and willl never go back to 9 after you get used to X you will find it much faster.

    This has happened to me also, I used it as a lession learned. On the other hand you should be able to reprogram twice as fast.
