So at my previous work, we had a brand new fadal and a sticker on the side of it recommended running it at 90 percent of its max rpm to extend spindle life then gave a break down of warm up. It stuck in my mind. At my new job we purchased a new vf3ss with the 12k spindle. There is no recommendation in the instructions surrounding that idea. So therefore would you run your spindle at 12k alot of the time or would u back it off?

I'm having trouble editing my post to give me a work offset call with a G90 A0. at the end of my program. This is where I am trying to put it in my post: peof$ #End of file for non-zero tool pretract comment$ if stagetool = 1 & stagetltype = 2, pbld, n$, *first_tool$, e$ n$, *sgcode, *sgabsinc, pwcs, "A0.", e$ <------- the line I have added. n$, "M30", e$ Not sure what I'm doing wrong to get a output of G54, G55, etc. This is what it is posting: G0 Z1.1 M9 G91 G28 Z0. M5 G28 Y0. G0 G90 A0. M30 % And this is what I want: G0 Z1.1 M9 G91 G28 Z0. M5 G28 Y0. G0 G90 G54(or whatever work offset program is using) A0. M30 % Thank you

The B on A axis offset on my HAAS VF2TR works out to .130 using the procedure described in the HAAS manual. How do I best deal with this offset within Mastercam?

I would like the post to always default to no X0 in the G28 line for our Haas mills. Is there a simple way to go into Mastercam X6 and do this? This is what the end of my programs look like. G91 G28 Z0. M9 G28 X0. Y0. M30 This is what I would like the default to be without having to remove the X0 each time we post. G91 G28 Z0. M9 G28 Y0. M30
