Mastercam suggestion

I'd suggest to Mastercam add a function that allows me to draw freehand with only the cursor movement and mouse.

 

 

Maybe this feature already exists in Mastercam or has ever existed?

The X+ that was mentioned allows you to create lines with the visulation of the tool size.

You define a tool dia you want to use and freehand sketch with it.

If you dont want toolpath just escape out of the manager when your done and it will leave geometry.

If multi line and or spline will not work for you... forget about X+ it is just multi line.

Yes you are right I think either X + no function properly for this purpose

This is my suggestion for Mastercam, add an option where possible freehand design or drawing , So as you can do in MS Paint.

I'm not sure I can think of any practical reason you would want to do that in industry?

I if I needed sometimes, I need to create some detail when working in ART,

Just a suggestion, to me if I would help for the work I do, even using much the add on RAST2VEC

Your paint example is the same as create spline!
