x8 verify compare

I cannot seem to get the compare to work in x8 verify.  in x7 when i click compare it just works.   x8 does nothing.   what am I missing??

Is it just me or is there something wrong with the way the colors work in compare? Shouldn't there be a color in the "middle" that is set to zero, then a series of positive stock ranges going up and a series of negative stock ranges going down? It seems like I can't do that with the options presented to me.

ok  thanks   I missed the refresh button. I never had to do that in x7.  Its defautled to green for +.001 to -.001.  but that can be changed to anything you want just by typing in the boxes.

Umm. After I complete the verify, the Compare doesn't show up in the Verify ribbon bar. Why?

Nothing is ever perfect, you need a tolerance... even if it is only ± a picometer.

X6 and below (maybe even X7, I've never used it) all had a 0 point in the middle with no tolerance.
