Too much air

Is there a way to remove the air passes out of this tool path?   Also, is there a way that to associate tool paths to the stock model that I don't know about?

Creating geometry and chaining all them together would help (that's how I have done it in the past).

Been playing with your part. I like this toolpath

Problem, The difference between operation 3 and 4 is the cut depths entry.

Operation 3 clamps the maximum cut depth to -.9, and it works great.

Operation 4 should clamp maximum cut depth to -1., but it doesn't.

A little help from anyone?

Its using the tangential line length setting in the Gap settings to send the tool below 1".

 

Change that value to back to 0 and use Direction to extend the path.
