2020 migration

What the heck!!

I just got thru upgrading to 2019 & was over the moon at it migrating all of my settings, including RMB & Quick access bar. Now I upgrade to 2020 & it doesn't migrate any of that.

Why the heck would CNC remove this???

It should migrate all of that just like 2019 did. I am not sure what you did different but the migration wizard in 2020 works as good as 2019 did and carries over the settings properly, i would suggest just running it again if it didnt work because it always has worked for me so i know its not broken.

ok, I always choose the "backup original file and Replace" option after running migration wizard, it will ask what to do with files of the same name so use that "backup original file and replace" option when it asks.

Ok, I reran the migration wizard & you were right, I forgot to select the "my mcam 2019" folder. I ended up also having to copy my default,mtb, Mastercam.workspace & Mastercam.kmp files, from 2019 to 2020.

As is often the case this was a pebkac error . But it's working great now.
