Yes, that is what we are dealing with. Posts from a reseller. It is also known that our reseller owns a shop and is a direct competitor. I am not sure why mastercam would allow that. That would be like electing a business man to write laws for his own company. Why does that sound familiar?

You can reach out directly to CNC Software and get your issues resolved.

QC looked for this and could not find anything under your name. What email/name did you send it in under? Did you send it to your reseller or direct to Mastercam QC?. 

We'd really like to help you but we have no files via email or these threads to provide help on.
