Has anyone has this issue?

I think there was a windows update issue associated with this..

Anyway tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it just wont get past the spash screen before crashing every time..

Have you tried deleting the .workspace and .config files?

What does the event logger say?

a common cause of this crash is if the pc does not have a powerful graphics card or doesn't have a dedicated graphics card, are you running a dedicated graphics card and have enabled dedicated graphics through the graphics card application. If you have a dedicated gfx card i would enable dedicated graphics like the first link below shows.

If you do not have a dedicated graphics card, either get one or disable hardware acceleration like the second link below shows.

Link on how to disable hardware acceleration https://kb.mastercam.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50277.aspx (note: in mastercam 2021 this is settings found in the advanced configuration, the same place it was in x9-2019)
