Matsuura mechanical daily warm-up timer

Has anyone had to repair any of these? I think our shop ogre forced it backwards instead of dialing it around 23 hours. It Loses a few hours every week.

 

I don't know what the mechanism looks like inside is it repairable?

It's like the old rotary timers that we used to have that would turn out lights on and off as a kid.

Your ogre probaby trashed the pawls in the mechanism if I had to guess. I've never seen the inside of one. Those things are pretty old, it's most likely not something you can repair on your own. You can probably call Matsuura parts and order one and change it yourself though. I think there's 4 wires including ground. Been a while since I've seen one.

You should feed him more often

I fixed some switches on a barfeed this week that had twisted and the wires pulled out for some reason. I then watched the operator slap the buttons fairly hard and aggressively twist the switch that had just ben re-attached 5 seconds before.  Gorillas I tell ya

Some days I think Gorillas have more finesse.
