Codemeter popup

Greetings all,

We just switched to Mastercam and several minutes after start up or a restart of my computer I get a popup from Codemeter. My resller has been in touch with codemeter and they say this is not normal. They had my uninstall and reinstall codemeter but, I still get the popup. Not sure if anyone else has run into this issue or if there's a solution for it. It's not detrimental, just annoying when it pops up while you're working...

Its the control center that pops up

Curious...looking at that window it looks like you have a local software license...so I'm not quite sure..

I am on a network software license and haven't had that issue....hmmmm

Have you checked in the Notifications & Settings menu to see if you candisable the pop-up?

Yes,

I'm the sole user. There is no Notifications and Settings page. If I click on preferences, it brings me to a codemeter webpage

Does the software start?  I think that's just showing you the license is enabled.  If the software starts I'd just close the window and keep on going.

Everything works fine, it pops up after several minutes while you're working. It's not detrimental, it's more a nuisance...

They want me to setup another user profile on my computer. At this point, it's not worth it. I'll just click the X when it pops up. Thanks everyone for the input

Sometimes fixing software/computer issues is like an old car. It's just cheaper and less time consuming to add a quart of oil every couple of weeks.
