group name in post

how do i get my differnt group names to post out into my nc code ????mpmaster .pst

Short answer -> you don't.

Well, yes and no. If you name your group say "12345678", and you have "Initialize NCI Path to Active Operation group's name" selected then yes you can. But technically the answer is still no because you cannot in you post get the name of the group anywhere.

But you can od like I have done and Call each group a name and then save each group name as a different NCI file and that will allow you to post each group as that name as a program name but in one program will you would have to name each operation that group to achieve the same thing I would think. Alot of work but might get you where you want. Just my humble opinion is all.
